There will be no shameless self promotion … no drippy emotional opinions and no self righteous assumptions. To think rightly involves a humble reliance on others because the first rule of thinking is … that I know nothing!

Why should you stop? First, I will provide a fresh look at the world with no pretense, political promotion or ideological bias. Second, I will offer opinions, short stories, essays and other reading options that will be different than those you read every day. There will be no short cuts or slop. What do I mean by that? Well, I am not going to clutter what I want to say with vulgarity, agendas or politics, which I see as slop. And, finally, your opinion matters and you are welcome to share it—even encouraged to share it—by commenting on our posts as long as you do it respectfully and kindly.
